Porcelain veneers, All ceramic crowns, Whitening, Implants, Periodontal grafting, and Orthodontics should all be considered during the planning phase for each patient to determine what would work best for them.
By using composite resins, we oftentimes can preview what things will look like prior to starting an esthetic case. We place tooth colored composite resins dirctly on the teeth and subsequently assess the esthetics and function with the assistance of digital photography and study models of the teeth. Since the composite is easily removed, this procedure is a nice reversible diagnostic tool to assist us in determining what is clinically possible.
