What to Expect at Rhee Dentistry

Your First Visit

Your first visit is designed to give Dr. Rhee a comprehensive understanding of your oral health. Rather than beginning with a routine cleaning, we begin with a discussion about your past dental history and a determination of what is important to you about your oral health. We then follow with a complete examination which includes digital x-rays, photographs, a detailed clinical examination assessing your teeth, gums, bite, esthetics, and existing restorations. Dr. Rhee performs your examination and will review the diagnostic information with you. This allows you to understand what is healthy, what may benefit from attention, and what may simply be appropriate to monitor over time.

Understanding Your Dental Health

Following your examination, Dr. Rhee discusses his findings with you and answers any questions you might have. The goal is for you to understand your dental health and the available options before making decisions about treatment.

Your Treatment Options

If treatment is recommended, a separate consultation is available at no charge to review your options and discuss the proposed treatment in detail. Dr. Rhee will explain the recommended approach, any alternatives, and the considerations involved in each option.
